“Her Platform” is Here! I think we can all say that we are familiar with the incredible magazine Teen Vogue! The eccentric and colorful pages full of beauty and fashion advice make for an exciting read for teens. Recently, the editors of Teen Vogue have put together an Instagram page full of fashion, color, quotes, and fun! It’s about time, right?! “Her Platform” is the name of the page whose bio reads, “Because style is more than what you wear.”

The aesthetically pleasing page contains tons of fashion trends. From throwback Brittany Spears to current everyday outfits worn by young girls. An interesting yet admirable part of the page is the fact that different posts contain a picture of a different girl with a blurb about her and her interests/story. The array of posts ranges from the story of a #platformgirl, to an inspirational quote, to a throwback Teen Vogue photo, a recent fashion trend, a throwback fashion trend, and even a fresh pair of sneakers that will make you want to drop any given amount of money!

Her Platform is a great spin off account for the magazine because even though it does over-lap with some of the same content as the magazines page, Her Platform has their own original content as well. You can even shop for clothes through the link in the bio! The platform focuses a lot on the fashion aspect of the magazine, whereas Teen Vogue’s account posts about different articles and topics in the news along with the occasional fashion post. So If you’re a fashion fanatic and love to find new looks….Her Platform is totally worth following and stalking.
