Geronimo is an upscale Mexican family restaurant in town. The setting is absolutely beautiful, allowing you to feel completely comfortable and welcome in the environment. The staff is nothing short of amazing, and the service is quick and delicious. From the incredibly addicting tortilla chips and homemade guac as appetizers to the meal you choose, you will leave Geronimo feeling full and satisfied. My order at Geronimo is the Braised Short Rib Taco with a side of the Mac & Cheese with Hatch Green Chile. The Mac & Cheese is hands down the best in town, full of layers of creamy cheese, making each bite even better than the first. This meal is absolutely perfect for a Sunday night meal before a busy week in classes. The menu is full of enticing options for everyone to enjoy. Next time you want Mexican?
