Pronto is one of my absolute favorite restaurants in downtown Fairfield! Pronto may be small, with only a couple of tables, but it is always extremely clean and is very welcoming with its colorful decor. What I love about this upscaled Pizzeria is its chopped salads and wraps that are fresh and made to order. Not only do I love Pronto for their high quality food, but also for their speedy service and kind staff. Although the value of the food at Pronto may be on the expensive side for what’s served, these prices are totally doable and won’t break the bank as a college student. My go to order at Pronto is the SouthWestern Wrap, which is made with fresh romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, avocado, tomato, homemade corn and black bean salsa, pepper jack cheese, and a homemade chipotle ranch dressing. Warning: This wrap is SO addictive… and it’s just one of many! Not only can you pick and choose from Pronto’s mouth-watering menu, but you have the opportunity to express your “Inner Chef” and customize your own wrap or salad too.So, where are you going the next time you’re downtown?
