The Perfect Blowout
Before I purchased the Revlon One-Step Hair Dryer Brush, I have never been able to master the at home blowout. I often tried to duplicate the way hair salons would blow out hair, but it never turned out the same. My own blowout would never have that flip at the end or volume that the hairdressers could create. Until today, no matter how long I would spend with a roller brush and blow dryer, my hair would always be flat and pin-straight or extremely frizzy. I have now found a solution to my problem with this Revlon product. It is as expensive compared to a typical blowout from a salon, as it retails for 59.99. Not to mention, you do not even have to leave your house. When it arrived at my doorstep, I wondered how it would work, but I thought I might as well try it out and ripped open the box. How to use it? Don’t worry, it is not complicated! If you can use a brush, you can use this!I would suggest towel drying some of your hair to start, so it is not sopping wet, especially if you tend to have thicker hair. Then, brush your hair and put up most of it, so you could focus on the underneath first. I began by placing the brush under my first piece of hair, starting at the root, and brushing it through to the bottom. As I was bringing the brush down under the first strand of hair, I rolled the brush outward the whole way to ensure the salon-like flip at the bottom. I had to do this on each piece a few times until it was dry. Once the first section was done, I continuously added small sections and repeated this process. With my hair being on the thicker side, start to finish took about 30 minutes to obtain perfection. Overall, this blow dryer is easy to use and successfully gave my hair the voluminous, frizz-free look I was going for. Now I can accomplish the blowout quality of a salon on a daily basis, and so can you!
